Punishment of the crime

At around 07:30 on July 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) asked the victim D (V, 20 years of age) who was living on the road side of the Maz car (C) that was parked on the road of the Maz car zone in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) asked the victim D (V, 20 years of age) who was living on the road of the Maz car, with the window of the Maz car in which many and unspecified people walk, to hold the Maz car on the Maz car, and carried out a publicly obscene act by getting out of the Maz car.
