The punishment of defendants shall be six months.

The execution of a sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2016, around 03:10 on November 7, 2016, the Defendant entered the Mail City through open gate in the house where C (W, 85 years of age) located in C (W, B) is located in Jung-gu Seoul, and uses one new alinium window and two windows in the same house where C is located at the corner of the Matrine.
