Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On May 25, 2017, the Defendant, around 00:15, on May 25, 2017, opened a window at a D church located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and opened the entrance door of the second floor office in a cream, and entered the cream, and had been in the clothes.

2. On July 13, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny, and around 02:30 on July 13, 2017, in order to steals articles parked in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, the Defendant left the vehicle driver’s seat hand, but the door was not opened.
The defendant attempted to steals the victim I's property, but did not intend to do so.
3. The Defendant: (a) attempted larceny of intrusion on a night structure: (b) destroyed the car door as above and stolen; (c) discovered a vehicle from among the automobiles located on the parking lot in which the door is opened; (d) taken the vehicle into the second floor parking lot on July 13, 2017, around 02:59, and parked in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Building into the second floor parking lot; (d) was parked.
L Ma's transplos opened a door of driver's seat of a car and found a stolen object, but it was not stolen due to the lack of any partitioned object.
At this night, the Defendant intruded into an underground parking lot, which is a structure, and stolen the victim L's L's property, and attempted to steal it, but failed to do so.
