A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

52,700,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The above additional charges are imposed on the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall distribute game products which have not been rated by the Game Rating Board, or provide them for use.

1. On March 25, 2010, the Defendant: (a) consented to selling KRW 2,200,00 upon the request from C to operate an illegal gambling game site at a non-permanent place; (b) on the 27th day of the same month to sell it; (c) on the game screen, KRW 10,000 was not rated by the Game Rating Board; and (d) on the 27th day of the same month, KRW 10,00 was added to KRW 10,00,000, the points of betting were 100 each time; (b) loaded KRW 22 of the sulfur game machine in which the points of betting occurred depending on the combination of the items arranged after carrying 100 points each time; and (c) from the off-city bus outside the city of Cheongcheon-si where the above C was intended to operate the illegal gambling game site, the Defendant received KRW 320,200,000 from C in the above 3rd floor.
