Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. From November 201 to November 21, 2011, the Defendant operated the 1st floor game room in the Seo-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon, Daejeon: (a) had 30 game equipment and 20 game equipment, a game product and e-mail electronic device not classified by the Game Rating Board; (b) had many unspecified customers put 10,00 won in the game machine; and (c) had them pay 10,000 won in the game machine; and (d) had them pay 10% of the points on the game screen, which are distributed to customers, automatically obtain the points on the game screen; and (e) had them perform speculative acts by using the game product, such as exchanging the remaining points after deducting 10% of the points from the points they acquired; and (e) engaged in speculative activities by using the speculative electronic machine.
B. From February 9, 2012 to February 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) installed 60 game products and speculative electronic gaming machines, which were not classified by the Game Rating Board; (b) allowed the Defendant to perform speculative acts using the said method; and (c) engaged in speculative acts using speculative electronic gaming machines; and (d) engaged in speculative activities using speculative electronic gaming machines.
C. From July 11, 2012 to July 16, 2012, the Defendant, while operating a game site without trade name on the second floor of the Daejeon Dong-gu L, Daejeon, installed 38 game products and speculative electronic gaming machines, which were not classified, and allowed the Defendant to perform speculative acts using the said method, and at the same time, engaged in speculative acts using speculative electronic gaming machines.
The Defendant was on August 20, 2012.
In operating the game site mentioned in the port as a unemployment, 31 game machines, which are game products and speculative electronic machines, are not classified, and they are installed.
