The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, reversed the guilty part of the judgment of the court of first instance and acquitted the Defendants on the grounds that all of the facts charged in this case against the Defendants did not have evidence of crime, while maintaining the acquitted part of the judgment of the court of first instance as is is justifiable. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules,

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
