The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the conviction part among the judgment of the court of first instance and acquitted the Defendants on the grounds that all of the facts charged in this case against the Defendants did not have evidence of crime, and it is just to maintain the acquittal part among the judgment of the court of first instance. There is no error of law by misunderstanding the legal principles as to the crime of intrusion on structure and the crime

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
