Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who engages in food material distribution business in the name of “C” in the Republic of Korea-Si, Nam-si.

Any person who intends to engage in the business of selling meat or edible eggs shall report to the competent authorities.

Nevertheless, from February 19, 2016, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authority, had two freezings, including offices, 2 air conditioners, and six shipping vehicles in the warehouse at the above address, and sold meat sales business in an average amount of KRW 7,690,630 per month by selling the monthly average monthly meat from "D", which is also livestock products in the market of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the livestock products located in each market. The Defendant received a supply of approximately 573 km of monthly average monthly import acid, such as ambry stones in Australia, and pigs located in the same market, from "E," which is a chiller located in the same market, such as ambry, and ambridge 257 (man) and ambalbbridges, and sold the meat sales business at general restaurants, such as "FF" in Seoul Metropolitan area.

In addition, the Defendant supplied approximately 597 plate (1 plate 30) monthly average eggs from “G” wholesale companies in the same market, and sold them to general restaurants, such as “H,” etc. in the Seoul metropolitan area and sold them to sell them at the average of KRW 2,588,260 per month.
