1. The part against the defendant in the judgment of the court of first instance shall be revoked, and the plaintiff's claim corresponding to the revoked part shall be revoked.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of real estate development and implementation business, etc., and the Defendant is an organization established by the Seoul Housing and Urban Corporation (the name of the Seoul Housing and Urban Corporation was changed from Sep. 1, 2016 to the Seoul Housing and Urban Corporation; hereinafter “Seoul Housing and Urban Corporation”) to carry out the business of purchasing commercial land from Seoul Housing and newly constructing and selling commercial buildings (hereinafter “instant business”).

B. Article 1 (General Provisions) of the Tae Young Holdings Co., Ltd., Ltd., the execution agency contract of Tae Young Holdings Co., Ltd. and The Total Development Association, which is executed by the Seoul Housing and Urban Corporation, shall stipulate the rights and obligations between Tae Young Young Holdings, and faithfully implement them on the basis of good faith and good faith in entrusting Tae Young Holdings Holdings with the duties of Article 4 pertaining to the A Total Development Association’s business of commercial equity shares (hereinafter “land”) supplied as part of living measures to persons subject to livelihood measures regarding the C District Urban Development Project implemented by the Seoul Housing and Urban Corporation, in order to efficiently perform the duties of the A Total Development Association.

Article 2 (Status of Parties) (1) A Total Development Partnership shall delegate the duties of Article 4 to Tae Young Holdings, and Tae Young Holdings shall faithfully perform the duties delegated by A Total Development Association.

(2) Legal acts, etc. with a third party delegated by or on behalf of a A general development cooperative within the scope of duties provided for in Article 4 shall have the same effect as that of A general development cooperative.

Article 4 (Scope of Business Activities) (1) Tae Young Young Holdings is an agent executing the project and refers to the execution of the following affairs entrusted to A Total Development Association:

Affairs following the purchase of land;

(b) Business-related authorization and permission;

(c)the selection of relevant business entities following the performance of their duties;
