1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant Seoul Housing Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) is a project implementer for the creation of a national rental housing complex development project, and the Plaintiff is a non-corporate commercial association with the aim of promoting common interests of its members by acquiring shares in the land for neighborhood living facilities supplied to the person subject to the living measures related to the aforementioned project as part of the living measures and by settling profits and losses from the pertinent land’s share in the project, and Defendant B corporation (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a company with the purpose of real estate development and implementation business.
B. On July 31, 2014, the D Commercial Partnership (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) entered into a joint agreement with Defendant B on the construction of the first site and the first site 1,008 square meters of the Seoul Western-gu A neighborhood living facility site (hereinafter “instant land”) on the ground leveled below the second and fifth floors above the ground level (hereinafter “instant joint agreement”).
According to Article 3 of the joint project agreement of this case, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract for the land of this case with Defendant Corporation, and bears the duty to transfer the status of the right to purchase the land of this case to Defendant B with respect to the PF for the payment of remaining land of this case. Defendant B bears the duty to carry out specific development planning, design and authorization, construction selection and construction management, sale and lease marketing.
In addition, according to Articles 4 through 6 of the above joint project agreement, the plaintiff raised a land contract amount to be paid to the defendant corporation for the purchase of the land of this case (However, if there is an inevitable member of the plaintiff's association, it shall be paid by the defendant B), and the defendant B is necessary for the project under the above joint project agreement, such as implementation and construction, except the above land contract amount.
