Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

B A is a person who leases and operates a tourist bus as a driver belonging to the D travelr, and the defendant A is an employee of the Friju-gu E in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu.
1. No person who intends to manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products, or supply, sell, store, transport, or keep petroleum products, petrochemicals, alternative fuel, or materials containing carbon and hydrogen, with an intention to manufacture or use fake petroleum products as fake petroleum products;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the Yyang-gu G, manufactured fake petroleum products and installed iron tanks, 1,000 liters oil tanks, which carry 1,00 liters in a white horse or in a slamp-emitting 1 ton tower with a view to using them as fuel for tourist buses operated by the Defendant, installed a gas tank, oil oil tank, etc. around September 14, 2014 from A, who is a oil supplier, around October 2, 2014; and used 600 liters, including light oil around September 14, 2014; around October 2, 2014; and around 757 liters, including light oil, etc. on April 20, 2015, purchased approximately two million won in the market price; and purchased 2,157 liters in a mixed petroleum product at a certain rate, such as purchasing lux oil (1 liter).
2. No person who intends to manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products, or supply, sell, store, transport, or keep petroleum products, petrochemicals, alternative fuel, or materials containing carbon and hydrogen, with an intention to manufacture or use fake petroleum products as fake petroleum products;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, even though he/she is aware that he/she was aware that he/she created a fake petroleum product specified in B and used it as fuel for a tourist bus, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) above, he/she shall use it as fuel for a fake petroleum product manufactured on September 14, 2014; 600 liters, light oil around October 2, 2014;
