Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2013, at around 22:37, the Defendant started from Samsung Bio-resources, which is linked to Jeju Island, and driven a vehicle owned by the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.174% on the road in front of the future week in the same City/Do.
