Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2015, around 14:25, the Defendant driven a Cran XG car that was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 200 meters away from the front road of the Do of Busan Seo-gu to the front road of the Gu Seo-gu in the same Gu Seo-gu.
