Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Even if it does not go against the will of a person subject to photographing at the time of photographing, the defendant A shall not display images of another person's body, which might cause sexual humiliation or shame against the will of the person subject to photographing, openly;

Nevertheless, around October to December 6, 2017, at a place where the location cannot be known, the Defendant posted a notice by the user of “E” by accessing the Internet D and posting a video that connects with the victim F (ma, South and 21 years old) to the H in his account (G).

As a result, the Defendant openly displayed photographs on another person's body that may cause sexual humiliation and shame.

2. Even if it does not go against the will of a person subject to photographing at the time of photographing, the defendant B shall not display ex post facto images of another person's body which might cause sexual humiliation or shame against his will;

Nevertheless, on November 1, 2017, the Defendant posted a notice by the user of “E” by accessing Internet D at a place where the location is unknown and posting a video of sexual intercourse with the victim F (E, 21 years old) in one’s account (I).

As a result, the Defendant openly displayed photographs on another person's body that may cause sexual humiliation and shame.

3. Even if it does not go against the will of a person subject to photographing at the time of photographing, the defendant C shall not display ex post facto any photographed materials on another person's body, which might cause sexual humiliation or shame against his will;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at a place where the place is unknown from November to December 12, 2017, up to posted a video that the “E” used to connect the Internet D with the victim F (ma, 21 years of age) and the text of the text.
