1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and two months, and the defendant B by imprisonment for eight months; and

2. The defendant as to subparagraph 2 of seized evidence.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 10, 2018, the Defendants in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) kept c Officetel Nos. 4, e, f, and Ga, and kept booms, Red Seas, and diesel, etc. necessary for commercial sex acts. Defendant B shared the weekly duties; Defendant A shared the night duties; Defendant A posted an advertisement to suggest commercial sex acts in the name of “K”, “H”, “I”, and “J”, which are the Internet site of the arrangement of commercial sex acts; and employed commercial sex women L (M), and “O”.

The Defendants provided information to the above-mentioned customers who reported the above advertisement from November 12, 2018 to the above-mentioned place, and let the said women sexual traffic to sexual intercourse with the above customers, and received 130,000 to 150,000 won per hour from the customers, and paid 10,000 to 120,000 won among them.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. No person who violates the Employment Security Act shall recruit workers with the intention to have them find a job in a job involving sexual traffic or other obscene acts;

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to recruit L and N, female employees, by inserting an advertisement of 10,000 to 120,000 won per customer, at the Internet site of the said arrangement of commercial sex acts, while operating the said commercial sex acts at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
