Punishment of the crime

[2013 Gohap537] The Defendants operated commercial sex acts by leasing the studio G 202, 203 and 502 in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and Defendant B conspired to assist and arrange commercial sex acts at the above commercial sex acts establishments.

1. 피고인 A의 단독범행 피고인 A은 2013. 3. 1. 18:00경 부산 남구 H, 102호에서, 위 G 원룸에 손님들이 찾아올 수 있도록 인터넷상의 유흥업소 관련 사이트인 ‘I’ 사이트에 “부산 럭셔리 오피스 원샷 12만, 투샷 18만, 무한샷 24만, 2 : 1 서비스 24만, 2 : 2 서비스 26만, 성매매행위를 할 여성들의 가명, 신체 사이즈 옵션으로 ㄴ콘질ㅅ(콘돔을 사용하지 않는 질 내 사정을 의미)” 등의 글을 올렸다.

2. Defendants’ co-principal conduct

A. From March 4, 2013 to April 14:40, 2013, the Defendants conspired to engage in commercial sex acts (such as arranging commercial sex acts), the said G room from around 20:00 to around 14:40, 2013, Defendant A introduced that, in order to seek women who engage in commercial sex acts, Defendant A, on the Internet’s website, “I can do anything at a lower level, do not drink, and do not drink,” the said advertisements should be reported to the “Ilman’s Office,” and the said advertisements should be reported to the women who engaged in commercial sex acts, and Defendant B introduced Defendant B, upon receiving KRW 120,000 per hour, the said commercial sex acts to have them engage in commercial sex acts with women who engage in commercial sex acts.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange commercial sex acts for about 400 times.

B. Defendants in collusion with the Defendants for violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Good Offices, etc.) at the studio of the above G from March 14, 2013 to March 28, 2013, and Defendant A.
