Punishment of the crime

[Defendant A was sentenced to a total of four years and four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) at the Seoul High Court on March 27, 2009, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on September 13, 2012.

The proposal received documents necessary for the application for apartment sale, such as certificates of persons with disabilities, from D.

Defendant A continued to file a special application for the sale of the disabled in the name of D on July 1, 2014 to the Daegu Suwon-gu apartment building in the name of the disabled, and the sale price in the name of D on July 17, 2014 is KRW 381,980,000.
