Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In January 2001, the defendant worked as the director in charge of F sale at the E Cocogn's business team, and served as the vice-director in A and F business team after being employed as the director.

The defendant did not directly engage in the business, but operated the general sales market across the country, and in the total sales market of the above business, the defendant received the contract from the ordering authority through the procedures for the bid of the Public Procurement Service.

In collusion with other companies related to G, H, I, J, K, L, and other companies registered in the Public Procurement Service after public invitation, the Defendant ordered the construction of F at the Seoul-do Office of Education around November 2009, and the ordering authority issued an order to notify the Public Procurement Service after the appointment of the Bank of Korea, the head of the division in charge of the Management Bank, the administrator in charge of the Bank of Korea, and the administrator in charge of the Development Bank N, and the administrator in charge of the Development Bank N after the advance bid price to the Public Procurement Service on November 26, 2009, the Defendant, as stated in the attached Table 2, 96,73% in the Management Bank of Korea, and 100% in the KF, 100 in the KF, 94, 45% in the amount of 200% in the KF, 208, 108, 250% in the amount of 10, 251, 250% in the attached Table 1, 20.5.1, 165.25.16

Accordingly, the Defendant bid at a manipulated price in advance in collusion with bidders for the purpose of obtaining undue profit in the tender of construction works or impairing fair price-fixing.
