A A was in charge of business as the executive director of the Energy Department of G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “G”) in 2011.

Nevertheless, Defendant A’s notice of “I” tender issued by the Korea Environment Corporation around April 7, 201, and anticipated that G will be submitted to a single bid, Defendant A had the mind to request Defendant B to “H’s so-called “I” tender.

Accordingly, around 15:00 on April 8, 201, the Defendants gathered the bid price, etc. to H in advance to ensure that the project bid G is awarded a successful bid at the Seoul J hotel coffee shop. On June 201, Defendant A sent H bid price, bidding design, etc. to Defendant B around the end of June 201. Defendant B conspired with Defendant B to acquire or manipulate the bid price at H’s office located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, through the national electronic electronic procurement computer network (hereinafter “national network”) and bid price (a total of points points: 84.96), and Defendant A conspired with Defendant B to enter the bid price at KRW 17,640,00,000,000 and bid price at KRW 130,00,000,000: 200,000, 301,71,07, and 30,07,07,000).
