1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Of KRW 213,67,97 and the above money, the amount of KRW 206,50,000 shall be fully paid from September 27, 2013.
Reasons
The summary of the instant case is: (a) payment of the principal and interest of the loan that the Plaintiff lent to the Defendant amounting to KRW 216,080,00 (=interest of KRW 9,580,000 (=interest of KRW 49,580,000 until September 26, 2013 - KRW 10,000 paid on November 25, 2013 - KRW 30,000 as paid on January 29, 2014) and ② delivery of each picture in the separate sheet (hereinafter “the instant forest”) in which the Plaintiff is entrusted to the Defendant.
In fact, the Plaintiff determined 26.5 billion won as stated in the following table to the Defendant as interest rate of 2% per month.
The interest that was not paid until that time as of September 26, 2013 was the sum of KRW 47,177,97 in the corresponding column.
