Basic Facts

The following facts are acknowledged by comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings in each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3, 5, 8, 9, 12, and Eul evidence Nos. 1, 1, 2, and 5 (including the branch numbers in which the evidence No. 1 was prepared by the plaintiff's coercion, but there is no evidence to acknowledge it) / [1] between November 22, 2011 and June 25, 2013, the plaintiff set and lent KRW 26.5 million in total to the defendant who was the head of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government "G" located in Jongno-gu as indicated in the following table to the interest rate of 2%.
