A Imprisonment with prison labor for one year, and Defendant B for eight months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant is in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury).

On September 19, 2018, the defendant around 18:10, and around 4, Jindo-gun, Jindo-do, Jindo-do, Jindo-do, to turn to the left two-lanes from D to D-do, along the two-lanes from D-do road to D-do.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, the injury of salt ties, etc. of the victim F (the 17-year-old age), which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment to the victim F (the 82-year-old age), the injury of the shoulder and the straw of the arms that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim G (the 82-year-old age), and the injury of the 36-year-old Ha (the 36-year-old age-old Ha), respectively.

B. At around 18:10 on September 19, 2018, the Defendant driven a C-wing truck with a blood alcohol content of about 0.105% at a distance of about 6km from the front day of the Jin-gun, Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun to the south-do Intersection 4 located in Jindo-do, Jindo-gun, Jindo-do.

2. Defendant B is a person engaged in driving a bus.

On September 19, 2018, the Defendant, around 18:10 on September 19, 201, proceeded to D from the north-do, Jindo-do, Jindo-do, Jindo-do to the southwest-do.

At this point, since it is an intersection where signal lights are installed, a person engaged in the driving of motor vehicles is well examined the right and the right.
