1. Interference with the business of April 16, 2020;

A. On April 16, 2020, at around 04:38, the Defendant: (a) visited the above main points several times at the “Dju” operated by the Victim C (hereinafter “C”) located in Ansan-si Group B; (b) requested employees to leave the place; (c) however, the Defendant failed to comply with the request; and (d) led employees’ arms, leading employees into the main place, leading employees into the second floor; and (e) avoided disturbance for about 15 minutes.

B.
