Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In Namyang-si, "B apartment" is applied to the system of provisional sale to a public housing site created by cancelling the development-restricted zone of at least 50% of the relevant district area among the housing site in the Seoul Metropolitan area. The housing site subject to provisional sale and the status of being selected as the occupant of such housing cannot be resold before the period prescribed by Presidential Decree expires. Thus, the housing or status of being selected as the occupant of such housing cannot be resold or arranged for resale from June 14, 2016 to June 13, 2017.
