Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to the obstruction of performance of official duties, damage to public goods, and crime of interference with business at the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on July 25, 2007, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on December 29 of the same year.

1. At around 12:50 on October 3, 2009, the Defendant demanded that the hospital business of an emergency room in the light-to-face D hospital in the light-to-face C be performed when he was sent to the patient without receiving the patient. However, on the ground that he did not immediately treat the Defendant, on the ground that he did not give treatment in the order received by the doctor and nurse at the hospital, and that he did not immediately treat the Defendant, the Defendant interfered with the hospital business of the emergency room from around 13:55 of the same day.

2. 피고인은 같은 날 13:55경 위 응급실에서, 피고인의 위와 같은 업무방해에 대하여 신고를 받고 출동한 E지구대 경장 F으로부터 위 응급실 밖으로 나갈 것을 요구받자 위 F에게 ‘야, 짭새 새끼들, 좆 짤라버려, 미친놈들 내가 중환자인데, 뭐 잡놈들이 중환자가 아니니 순서를 기다려, 씹할 새끼들 너희들 오늘 다 죽었어’라고 욕설을 하여 위 F이 피고인의 손을 붙잡아 피고인을 응급실 후문 출입구 쪽으로 데리고 나갔다.

그 후, 피고인은 다시 소리를 지르면서 응급실 안으로 들어가려고 하였으나, 위 F이 피고인의 앞을 가로막으면서 제지하자 이에 화가 나 위 F에게 ‘저리 비켜 씹할 개새끼야, 너 날 가로막으면 삼대가 피곤할 줄 알아, 니 자식들 잘 사는 꼴 볼 줄 아냐, 이 짭새 잡새끼야’라고 욕설을 하면서 주먹으로 위 F의 가슴부분을 3회 치고, 위 F의 얼굴부분을 1회 때리는 등 폭행하여 위...
