A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

가. 피고인은 2018. 6. 14. 01:30 경부터 같은 날 02:20 경까지 대구 남구 H에 있는 I 병원 응급실에서 술에 취한 상태로 " 병원이고 의사고 뭐고 오함 마로 다 때려 뿌셔 뿐다", " 씹할 놈들, 씹할 년들" 이라고 소리를 지르면서 당직 의사와 간호사들에게 큰 소리로 욕설을 하며 소란을 피우다 피고인을 제지하던 보안요원을 주먹으로 때리려는 시늉을 하고, 피해자 의료 보조인 J(37 세 )에게도 욕설을 하면서 그의 멱살을 잡고 응급실 밖 원무과 접수 대 앞까지 끌고 가는 등 소란을 피워 위력으로 피해자 I 병원의 응급실 운영업무 및 위 피해자 J의 환자 이송, 의사 ㆍ 간호사 보조, 검체 접수 등의 업무를 방해하였다.

B. On June 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received 112 reports at the location specified in paragraph (1) and received the following veterinary treatment by a police officer; (b) did so without obtaining permission from a doctor and nurse; and (c) went to an emergency hospital in an emergency room; and (d) returned to the emergency hospital at around 06:20 on June 14, 2018.
