A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From May 2014, the Defendant had been living together with the victim D (here, 30 years of age) after completing a marriage report on July 2014, and was legally married, but thereafter, became more likely to cause conflicts with the victim due to suspicion of the appearance of the victim.
1. Violence;
A. On August 2, 2014, at around 17:00 on August 2, 2014, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in the 401 room of the building E, was assaulted against the victim by having the victim knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife on the wall and on the floor.
B. At around 22:00 on August 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) boarded a passenger car driven by the victim i30 on the i.e., her own; (b) demanded the victim to drive the said car on the north-gu mechanical surface of the port in the port of Ansan-si; and (c) caused the victim to be rejected on the ground that she would drink alcohol; and (d) caused the victim to put the car up the said car; and (b) caused the victim to put the shoulder of the victim who was seated in the driver’s seat by getting off the said car on his hand; and (c) caused the victim to be fluened on his/her body by getting off the car, and then, (d) caused the victim to be fluened on his/her body by getting his/her head on his/her hand.
C. At around 18:00 on August 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had the victim suspected of having the appearance of the victim before the front line of the above Defendant; (b) had taken the victim’s arms by hand; and (c) led the victim to the front line in order to throw away garbage bags; and (d) had the victim read, “I had a large number of males on the inside line of the mouth, I would like to see, I would like to see, I would like to say, I would like to see, I would like to see, I would like to say, I would like to assault the victim’s face.”
2. On August 18, 2014, the Defendant is on the part of the Defendant, who was living together with the victim, at around 23:00.
