If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 03:00 on March 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the victim E(39 years of age) parked in the Defendant’s private land on the front side of the Dak-dong-dong-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu; (b) expressed the Defendant’s desire to “Ig, flick, flick, and flicking in front of the remaining house; and (c) flicked the victim’s flick, flick, and flick onto the victim’s flick door.”
