Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “B,” is a person who acts as the clinic of “D” in the Internet NAV (C) related to adoption.

Around June 28, 2015, the Defendant posted a notice on the Kaf, stating that he would find a temporary guardian of the high-income flaf salvaged in his right way.

The victim E, who is a member of the above carpet, reported that he will be a temporary guardian of the above garment, and the defendant was in charge of the above garment on the same day.
