Punishment of the crime

[2012 Gohap180] On January 7, 201, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. on the land site of Suwon District Court, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and two years of suspended execution on June 3, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 11th of the same month.

On April 25, 2012, at around 01:40, the Defendant driven a CM7 car from around 200 meters away from the Africa Africa-dong to the front road of the same national bank while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.093%.

[2012Gohap398] Around 09:00 on June 18, 2012, the Defendant driven a car of about 10 kilometers from the 454-8 road in the Postal Loan, to the front road of the probation office located in Pyeongtaek-si Dong-dong, and around 17:00 on the same day, up to about 10 kilometers from the front road of the probation office located in Pyeongtaek-si Dong-dong to the front road of the Sim PC for Pyeongtaek-si-dong-dong, and around 19:30 on the 19:30th day from the front road of the Sim PC for Pyeongtaek-si to the 184-4nd road in Pyeongtaek-si, Dong-dong-ri, 15 kilometers on the same day, and around 20:0 on the 20th day, the Defendant driven a car of about 15 kilometers-do without a driver’s license.
