A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the award) and violates the Road Traffic Act (the measure not yet taken after an accident).

On January 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven the said car on the front side of D in Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan; (b) driven the said car from the direction of the police station in the Dong-dong-gu, Busan to four-lane; (c) found the police officers under influence at the front side of the police station, and anticipated them to be exposed to the crackdown on drinking prior to the operation of the vehicle; and (d) failed to comply with the other drinking control, while driving the vehicle at the front side of the victim E ( South, 55 years old) waiting in the traffic at the third-lane of the front side of the said taxi without showing the right of the front side; and (d) continued to have the front side of the said passenger G ( South, 36 years old) traveling on the right side of the said passenger vehicle and then received the said third-lane part of the said passenger vehicle waiting at the front side of the said passenger vehicle, and (e) took the rear side of the said passenger vehicle from the said third-lane passenger vehicle.

Defendant 1 suffered from the victim E with approximately two weeks of treatment due to the above traffic accidents, and, at the same time, Defendant 1 did not take necessary measures such as immediately stopping to rescue the victim by immediately stopping the vehicle and providing rescue to the victim, even though the repair costs of F rocketing taxi 1,304,521 won, such as repair costs, such as the replacement, etc. of the front panion of the front panion of the vehicle of H Gystanon-motor vehicle, and repair costs of KRW 1,939,080, such as the replacement, etc. of the rear panion of the vehicle of Janmomomo-do.

2. A driver of a motor vehicle in violation of the Road Traffic Act shall not repeatedly engage in two or more acts, such as violation of signal or instruction, or shall not threaten or endanger others, or drive a motor vehicle repeatedly or repeatedly to cause danger to traffic. The defendant shall not drive a motor vehicle in violation of the Road Traffic Act, as above, at the time and place set forth in the above paragraph (1).
