Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person driving the ESFM car.

On April 17, 2015, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.083% of blood alcohol concentration at around 22:20 on Apr. 17, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle by approximately one kilometer from the street in the vicinity of the restaurant in the name of the members of the Dong-gu, Ansan-si to the street in the same Dong from the street in the front of the Ansan post office located in the same Dong.
