A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall commit any act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts;

From June 25, 2013 to March 27, 2014, the Defendant operated the business of the trade name D on the first floor of Songpa-gu Seoul (Seoul) from around June 25, 2013 to around March 27, 2014, received 100,000 won from the male grandchildren whose name cannot be known, including F, to have them sexual intercourse with the above male grandchildren, and paid 50,000 won to female employees.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic more than 270 times for business purposes.

2. No person who violates the School Health Act shall perform any act or install any facilities prohibited within 200 meters of school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the date of paragraph (1), installed five rooms, a Katterter, a small wave, and a kitchen in the above place located within a distance of 153 meters from G middle schools, and arranged sexual traffic as above.

As a result, the defendant was engaged in the business of providing services that make physical contacts between unspecified persons or disclosure of confidential parts in the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone.
