1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of one year and six months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Power of crime] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daegu District Court on October 17, 2007 and has a habit of larceny.

[2] The Defendant did not have any criminal fact, but did not have any way to commit a crime. As his/her family members concealed the fact and require his/her living expenses, he/she believed that he/she invaded into the place where his/her windows are opened, thereby thefting property.

On April 29, 2016, the Defendant, at around 10:00 on April 29, 2016, filed a report on the fact that the victim E was in a F apartment 1 and 2,786,50 won in cash owned by the above E and the market price of the F apartment 1 and 2,786,50 won in cash owned by the above E and 6 points in the household where the Defendant was suffering from the inside of the said house 1 and 2,786,50 won in cash, ear 1, and leap 1.

On April 29, 2016, from around 10:00 to May 2, 2016, from around 14:55 on April 29, 2016, 100 to about 12,787,50 won in cash owned by the victims except for the victims G, or attempted to steal property worth 12,787,50 won in total, and the market value of the remaining victims, such as the statement in the list of crimes committed in attached Form, were not committed, and the victims violated their residence at least 11 times.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolens or attempted another's property, and intrudes upon the residence of the victims.
