Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants committed the joint crime committed on March 2016, 201. Defendant B reported the network at the said studio parking lot, Defendant A entered the said studio 204 window with a view to 950,000 won in total of the market prices, such as one game machine owned by the victim G, one studio PC, one studio PC, etc. in the said place.

From that time to 21:00 of the same month, the Defendants cited 1,359,00 won in total as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Form 14 times during the period from that time, as well as the goods owned by the victims. In total four times, the Defendants failed at the wind where the windows of the victims are divingd.

As a result, the Defendants committed an attempted theft or theft of property owned by others jointly.

2. Defendant A may not leave from office for at least eight days in total, as a person who had served as a social service personnel at the I General Service Division located in Seo-jin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on October 2014, without justifiable grounds.
