The defendant shall pay 62,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from October 2, 2010 to the day of complete payment.

In light of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, there is no dispute between the parties or comprehensively taking into account the purport of the whole argument, it is acknowledged that the plaintiff loaned a total of KRW 70 million to the defendant from April 1, 2007 to May 6, 2007, and on June 15, 2007, "the above loan shall be repaid until October 1, 2007, and interest shall be paid in 3.1 million won per month (2.1 million won per 15,000 won per month, and one million won per 3.1 million won per month)" was prepared and delivered a loan certificate, but the defendant did not pay the plaintiff the above loan interest, etc., and the defendant paid the repayment of KRW 8 million to the defendant around November 26, 2010.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the remaining loan of KRW 62 million after deducting KRW 8 million from the above loan as requested by the plaintiff, and the interest calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from October 2, 2010 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
