A and C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,00.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2012, A took overall charge of its business as the president of the F Association (hereinafter “Association”) which is a member competition organization affiliated with the Chungcheongnam-do Sports Association (hereinafter “Association”). Defendant C, for the foregoing period, appointed the president of the Association as the managing director of the Association, took charge of the affairs of events and sports events inside and outside the Republic of Korea, and Defendant B, during the foregoing period, took charge of accounting affairs as a general director of the Association.

The Defendants conspired to use some of the subsidies to be provided to the G Games in the victim Cheongju City to use the subsidy for the meeting expenses of the Association, other than the purpose of the subsidy, and the marketing expenses.

1. From March 16, 2010 to March 16, 2010, the Defendants received KRW 160,1500,000 from H Association subsidies for the 40th president G competitions and kept in custody for the victim for business purposes. From March 19, 2010 to March 25, 2010, the Defendants received a refund or arbitrarily used KRW 10,550,000 from the agricultural bank account (No. 1,3,4) in the name of the Association (No. 1,3,4) in the following manner:
