1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party).
A. Of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government DD 191.9 square meters, attached Table 1 Appraisal No. 2, 3, 22.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On March 17, 2018, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party; hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff”) purchased the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government land of 191.9 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiffs”) from G on March 17, 2018, and the same year.
3. 21. Of the instant land, the Plaintiff A completed each registration of ownership transfer relating to the Plaintiff A’s 20/100, 49/100 for the Selection E, Selection F, 31/100 shares.
B. The Selection E and F purchased the Plaintiffs’ land-based housing from G on March 17, 2018, and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to each of the 1/2 shares of the above buildings on March 21, 2018.
C. On June 22, 2016, the Defendants purchased, from H and I, the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu J-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government land (hereinafter “Defendants’ land”) and its ground housing (hereinafter “Defendants’ building”) adjacent to the Plaintiffs’ land, and the same year.
8.22. Each one-half of the above land and buildings shall complete the registration of ownership transfer.
The fence, which is the constituent part of the Defendants’ building, is installed on the ground level of the part on the ship (3) which connects each point of the attached Table 1 appraisal No. 2, 3, 22, 5, 6, 24, 25, 26, and 27 among the Plaintiffs’ land in sequence. Of the above land, the part (2) which connects each point of the attached Table 1 appraisal No. 27, 28, 7, 8, 9, 27 among the above land in sequence shall be installed on the ground boundary of the road, the part of the attached Table 2 appraisal No. 14, 15, 4, 5, 14 among the above land, which connects each point of (1) part on the ground of 0.01 square meters above the above land, and the part which connects each point of 0.3 meters below the diameter, 03 meters below the above land, and the part which connects each point of 24, 26.5 meters below the Defendants’s land or 2.
