A and Defendant B Co., Ltd. shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,00, and Defendant C and Defendant Co., Ltd. shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a founder of B and a person operating the above company, and Defendant B and a corporation established on May 30, 2007 for the purpose of the business of selling, leasing, installing, maintaining and repairing special telecommunications business and telecommunications equipment and devices. Defendant C is a founder of D and the representative director operating the above company. Defendant D is a corporation established for the purpose of the business of special telecommunications business, telecommunications equipment and software development, manufacture, sale, maintenance and repair, services, etc. on January 19, 2009.

1. The defendant A or B shall not provide services for the purpose of forging or falsely displaying a caller's phone number for profit;

A. Around October 2010, Defendant A placed a local office on the eightth floor of the Chinese roadside Building, and placed an advertisement on the Chinese website H as “sale of the changed Internet phone number to KRW 500,000 (Korean KRW 90,000) in Chinese People’s Republic of China,” and placed eight Chinese partner companies on the condition that the telephone number change was directly induced, changed the number, or paid 40% of the communications revenue, and provided eight IDs to change the number of its members to the partner company, and sold the Internet phone number change to KRW 850,000,000,000,000 to KRW 76,50,000.

After that, around 14:58 on November 5, 2010, the Defendant received a request to change the phone number of the sender to K “K” from a company B located in Gangnam-gu Seoul I 1804 or from a person who was unable to know who purchased the “SJ” online call call from the above Chinese G office, and the Defendant changed the caller’s phone number to K “K” through B Internet telephoneing server L from that time until December 22, 2011.
