The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

On May 15, 2020, at around 21:25, the Defendant injured the victim’s reputation by publicly stating that “Drheat sold about 70 teachers to E, and sold before 2 years,” among the instant facts charged, Drheat, who would be aware of during the Ganju City, in light of the fact that Dratian sold about 70 teachers in the C1st floor distribution in Gwangju Northernbuk-gu, Gwangju, and that it would be necessary to see the fish system confirmation.”

2. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 307(2) of the Criminal Act, and cannot be prosecuted against the express will of the victim under Article 312(2) of the Criminal Act.

However, the victim expressed his wish not to punish the defendant on November 9, 2020 after the prosecution of this case was instituted. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
