A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
The defendant, on July 7, 2006, has three times the same kind of power, including a summary order of a fine of three million won by larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court (Seoul Eastern District Court).
【Criminal Facts】
1. Special larceny;
A.
