As to the crimes of Articles 1 through 3 of the judgment of the defendant, the crimes of Articles 4 through 6 of the judgment shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013JL 2268] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul District Court on September 12, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 24, 2013.
1. Around 05:40 on September 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft against the victim C with a 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim C, which had been in his/her bank, by breaking up the stone with a stone, etc. with a stone, etc. in the Escmarket located in Yasi-gu, Yasi-si, Pussi-si; and (b)

4. Around 04:40 on October 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) invaded the victim L at night buildings into a cafeteria located in the Full-si M in the Jeonsan-si, Jeonju-si; (b) invaded into the cafeteria through open windows; and (c) took one safe of the amount of KRW 40,000 at the market price of KRW 3,00,000 in cash owned by the victim L, and stolen the victim L.
5. On October 10, 2013, at around 02:56, the Defendant: (a) laid off and intruded into a Q restaurant located in Yan-gu P in Yancheon-si P on his hand; and (b) cut off one of the Defendant’s safes in the city where the Defendant had a cash of 41,000 won, which is owned by the victim’sO, located therein.
