1. Defendant D’s KRW 3,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from December 4, 2019 to November 4, 2020, respectively, to the Plaintiff.

1. On June 19, 2019, when Defendant D was enrolled in the third grade of middle school, the Plaintiff and Defendant D drafted the following agreements with regard to Defendant D’s use of school violence, theft, etc. (hereinafter “instant agreement”).

The case under investigation by the Yangcheon Police Station of the Republic of Korea refers to the case where the plaintiff was sexually abused (hereinafter referred to as the "the case of Yangcheon Police Station").

With respect to school violence, Gap (D) and Eul (A) have a dispute over the application for reexamination by the Gyeonggi-do Committee for Review of School Violence, the G Middle School School Violence Report, and the criminal complaint (e.g., damage). In relation to the above dispute, they agree as follows:

1.A shall be implemented to B as follows:

If a case is being investigated by the Yangcheon Police Station that occurred on February 17, 2019 (including SNS) by the contact, intimidation, and retaliation (including SNS) with respect to a written agency of Eul and two related students (two persons agreed on the Excursion Ship), after the date of the preparation of the written agreement with respect to a case under investigation by the Yangcheon Police Station that occurred on February 17, 2019, the amount of damage on property (attached Form, omitted) and 500,000 won of the consolation money shall be paid to Eul for damage compensation.

2. Eul shall be implemented to Gap as follows:

The Gyeonggi-do Committee for Review of Violence in Schools, the application for review, the reporting of school violence in Gmiddle Schools, and the withdrawal of criminal complaints (defensing
