A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was given a loan to a financial institution under the name of B on the basis that he had a resident registration certificate of friendly B who was studying in Japan, and was given a credit card in the name of B, and sentenced to use it as a husband's business fund, living expenses, etc.
1. On May 201, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) received a loan of KRW 1.5 million from B in the name of B from B; and (b) did not allow B to obtain a loan from the Defendant and use it at will.
Nevertheless, the Defendant obtained a loan of KRW 1.5 million in the name of B, and transferred only KRW 1.5 million to B, and applied for a loan of KRW 10 million in the lot capital around June 3, 201 to use the remainder as a business fund of her husband, and used the other person's resident registration number illegally by withdrawing B's resident registration number to the employee in charge of the loan.
2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. B. The Defendant is at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.
