A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 25, 2014, around 02:30 on August 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) deemed the victim’s police officers, who are police officers belonging to the Ansan-si Police Station B Police Station of the Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) deemed the victim of the defect in order to have arrived at the scene where the case was dealt with; and (c) to verify the fact of drunk driving; (d) stated that the victim’s chest is “Necch flap, Nabb,” and carried the victim’s chest; and (e) other police officers at the victim and the scene are “maga, Ma, Ma, Ma, Ma, Ma, etc., of the victim’s flab; and (e) flab the victim’s heart, flading the victim, flading the victim’s heart, flading the victim’s heart, booming the victim’s heart, and completing the victim’s injuries.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of the victim, who is a police officer, and inflicted an injury on the victim at the same time.

2. The Defendant damaged public goods to be used by public offices for the repair cost of KRW 312,100, by walking the front gate of the patrol car in the front of the patrol box, which was arrested as a flagrant offender by the act of the above 1 in front of the patrol box in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the date and time indicated in the above 1.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of Drinking Measures) has reasonable grounds to recognize that the Defendant driven the Defendant’s E-learning vehicle under the influence of drinking, such as drinking, by drinking at the location of the foregoing paragraph (1), at the time and time, and did not comply with the request of F for the measurement of drinking three times from around 03:10 on October 25, 2014 to 03:36 on the part of the police officer who was a police officer of the above police box within the Ansan-si Police Station D, Ansan-si.
