A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is running a sidewalk with the trade name of “F” in the Kafa Gaf Alley of the same EKafast, using DKafast car, and G and H receive wages of KRW 6-70,000 per day from the Defendant and receive wages of KRW 6-70,000 per month from the Defendant, and upon receiving a request from the amusement facility at the entertainment facility, they are employees of the “F” news room.
1. Violation of the Juvenile Protection Act;
A. On August 2, 2010, at around 00:00, the Defendant arranged “K” music clubs operated by J on the sixth floor of the building of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I, to provide entertainment to the said customers by drinking alcohol together with the customers of the said music clubs, singing or dancing;
B. From August 9, 2010 to December 12, 2010, the Defendant arranged “O” music clubs operated by N in the same M to allow the juvenile P (M, 18 years old), and the above L to provide entertainment as above, on the street operated by N in the same M, at around 05:0.
C. At around 02:00 on August 16, 2010, the Defendant arranged “R” clubs operated by N on the second floor of the Q Q building, to allow juveniles S (W, 16 years old), and the above L to provide entertainment as above.
D. At around 03:00 on August 17, 2010, the Defendant arranged the above L, a juvenile, to enter into a singing club operated by U on the first floor below the said T-building.
As above, the Defendant: (a) assisted juveniles to provide entertainment services from the end of July 2010 to August 17, 2010; and (b) received KRW 10,000, out of KRW 25,000 that juveniles receive per hour, and (c) assisted juveniles to provide entertainment services for profit, thereby violating the Juvenile Protection Act.
2. The Defendant who violated the Employment Security Act, without registering with the competent authority, is entitled to Article 1 of the same Act, from the end of July 2010 to the end of August 18, 2010, to the end of August 03:30, 201.
