Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates entertainment points in the name of "C" in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, and is the owner of the D Costa Bosch Rexroth.

1. In order to display or install advertisements, etc. on means of transportation prescribed by Presidential Decree in violation of the Management of Outdoor Advertising, etc., or advertisements using electricity, which are advertisements using electric signs (such as luminous diode, liquid display equipment, etc.), permission from the competent authority shall be obtained;

Nevertheless, on August 14, 2016, the Defendant did not obtain permission from the competent authority around 09:10, and on the front side of the main body, including the front part of the above vehicle driver's seat and the front part of the window after the front of the vehicle, which is a means of transport in the front of the Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul.
