1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

Where a business owner who has resided in Gwangju North-gu B and engaged in personal construction business using three regular workers, and the employer who is the employer retires, the defendant shall pay wages and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the time when grounds for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay 4 million won wage of workers D, E, and F, each of the wages of 4 million won, 2 million won, from May 23, 2014 to June 14, 2014, at the site of the new construction of private housing in Sayang-gun C, without an agreement on the extension of the due date for payment, until 14 days have elapsed from the date of the occurrence of the cause for payment.
