Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who actually has been operating Textiles in Spocheon-si D, and Defendant B is a director in charge of the management of employees, etc. in the above E from January 13, 2014.

Nevertheless, from July 18, 201 to October 14, 2015, the Defendants employed F (GG) without the status of stay eligible for employment after entering the above E to C3 (short-term visit) visa.
