B is a person who actually operates “F” entertainment points on the first floor of the building underground of the Daegu Suwon-gu E, and Defendant A is a person who was the president in the name of the said main office from June 16, 2016 to March 15, 2018.

No person shall employ any person who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.

1. The Defendants conspired on August 1, 2017 to February 22, 2018, and employed 10 foreigners who did not have the status of sojourn for employment as shown in the annexed Table 1 as entertainment entertainment service loans, including employing G as an entertainment service loan a total of 10 foreigners from August 1, 2017 to February 22, 2018, who did not have the status of sojourn for employment as shown in the annexed Table 1 Table 1.

2. In collusion with Defendant A ( sentenced to a fine of eight million won on August 29, 2017) from June 15, 2017 to July 25, 2017, the Defendant employed ten foreigners who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment, such as attached Table 2, as entertainment entertainment service loans, and employed ten foreigners who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment, from May 5, 2017 to July 25, 2017.

3. In collusion with Defendant A, from March 22, 2018 to May 24, 2018, the Defendant employed 15 foreigners who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment as shown in attached Table 3 as entertainment entertainment service loans, as well as employment of 15 foreigners who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment as shown in attached Table 3, from March 22, 2018 to May 24, 2018.
